How to add flags to your stones.

Step 1

You will need some PVC pipe, 1/2” Shown. Something to cut the pipe with and a drill and drill bits. Two Bamboo Skewers and a strip of wood or metal that will reach across the mold.

Step 2

You will need to cut 2 pcs of pipe roughly 1 1/4” long. After that, drill two holes in each end of the pipe about a 1/4” of and inch from each end. Make sure that your flag fits snug in the holes. One hole is so the concrete can get a good grip on it, the other hole is for the flag.

Step 3

Now just pour your mold like you always do, then come back and add the two pipes as shown using the skewers to hold the pipes up while the concrete dries. Once the concrete is dry just add your flags and your done. Note I premarked the mold using a yellow paint marker so that the flags would be even and it would be quick to place the pipe.
