Paint on your base coat and make sure to thin

your first coat with water, also wet the plaque

lightly with water. Which this one is white paint

as the base color.

Next dry brush on your next color, make sure to

keep your brush at a low angle and drag it over

your statue, if the angle gets too steep or you have

too much paint you will start to paint in the letters.

Last you can add your detail colors and seal the statue.

Other than drying time you should be able to do this in

under 15 minutes or less. Most any latex paint will work

fine for painting as long as the first coat is thinned down

enough to bond. There are many other ways to do this and
